Orders are processed Monday - Friday until 2pm.
Orders received after 2pm are generally processed the following working day.
- We cannot deliver Overnight to non-urban addresses (check your address here).
- No deliveries on public holidays.
- All fees include handling and GST.
- Perishables will be shipped at the purchasers own risk.
- Overnight Deliveries are put into chillers where possible, and given priority on the NZ Post network.
- Overnight Delivery is NOT guaranteed.

Hand-delivered by The Vegan Shop every Tuesday and Friday evenings between 6-9pm.
We can also pickup any previously used packaging and ice packs for reuse.

All Overnight Deliveries are sent via NZ Post and flagged as perishable on their scanners, put into chillers where possible and given priority in their network to try deliver as fast as possible. However, due to possible weather and transit delays any perishables sent will be at the purchasers own risk. Overnight Delivery is not guaranteed.
